Pricing and Payment
\nPrices for our services are provided at the time of booking or drop-off. Payment must be made in full prior to collection of cleaned or altered items unless otherwise agreed.

Collection and Delivery

- Items must be collected within 30 days of notification unless prior arrangements have been made. \n
- Uncollected items after this period may be disposed of or charged a storage fee at Sterling Cleaners Ltd’s discretion. \n
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged after delivery or collection by the client or their nominated representative. \n
Liability
\nSterling Cleaners Ltd endeavours to provide a professional and careful service. However, liability is limited as follows:

- We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses including loss of use or sentimental value. \n
